Julie is a French-Chinese producer, production designer, and current Executive Assistant at Media Res Studio (PACHINKO, THE MORNING SHOW, EXTRAPOLATIONS). Previously, she worked at WME Independent, Cinetic Media, and was a Development Assistant at Mighty Oak, a women and queer-owned 2D animation studio based in Brooklyn.

She has worked on narrative and commercial projects in LA, Shanghai, and NYC. She also has experience working as an editor and Post-Production Manager at Great Wave Creative, a full-service media agency based in Shanghai and Taiwan.

Projects she worked on have been selected at SXSW 2024, Cinequest 2024, Tasveer Film Festival 2023, Rhode Island Flickers International Film Festival, New York International Shorts, and awarded the NYU Tisch Student Producers Grant for 2022, Student DGA Awards 2023, and more. She is a mentee for the HEAR US 2023 Grant cohort.

Through film, she hopes to amplify Asian voices and expand representation in front and behind the camera!
